one thing i forgot to mention in the reference video was that the frame rate was 24 fps, which is the standard frame rate for nikon videos.

this was a video i did for a client that my friend had. it was drawn with illustrator, then edited using after effects cs4... it took quite a while because i kept having a few problems.

i recently took a trip down to socal with my family. this is my nephew playing in the sand at santa monica.

on that same trip we stayed at my sister's place in vegas for a few days. driving by the bellagio hotel, i snapped this shot.. i thought it was quite amusing.

ABOUT ME
well, i graduated from lowell high school in san francisco in 2002. i somewhat took a year off after graduation for personal reasons. i attended los medanos community college in pittsburg, ca for 3 years, studying to be an engineer. it was actually pretty fun, i didn't mind too much how hard the classes were. i loved physics! i enjoyed it very much, even in high school. i transferred to san jose state's mae program as an aerospace engineer. my first semester at sjsu kicked my butt. halfway through the semester, i made the hard decision of changing majors. honestly, i think it was the best decision i've ever made. i decided to double major in graphic design and photography, which was a passion of mine. i realized that maybe engineering wasn't what i wanted to be doing for the rest of my life, even if i wouldn't make nearly as much being an engineer. so, after 4 years of taking a bunch of art, photo, and art history classes, this is my last semester at sjsu. after graduation i hope to start my own photo/design business. we'll see how it goes...
